The Model 8700 vinyl garage door gives you the option to have insulated glass for improved thermal performance. Please note that the designer window inserts only come in clear glass.

• Vinyl material is durable and does well in coastal regions since it's resistant to sand, salt, and humid air.
• High cycle spring option – select a spring that lasts for 25,000 cycles from our inventory. These springs last twice as long as a standard torsion spring.
• Designs that display a woodgrain texture along with a deep raised panel gives that authentic look of freshly painted hardwood that will last a lifetime.
• PVC color will hide scratches since the color goes all the way into the material itself.
• The door's construction uses a UV-resin with numerous polymers to keep out harmful ultraviolet rays from the sun.
• Doors with polyurethane foamed-in-place insulation with an R-value* of 11.75 improves your homes energy efficiency, make the door operate with less noise, and will block street noise.
• Seal blocks at the bottom of the door will prevent drafts and debris from getting into your garage.
• The exclusive counterbalance system known as TorqueMaster® Plus Counterbalance will safely contain the springs within a steel tube to prevent injuries from occurring.
• The WindSafe option is available for those that live in high-wind areas. Hardware and reinforcements are included.
